This automation streamlines lead intake by converting every new Enquiry into a Deal while preventing duplicate Contact or Account creation. Depending on the Enquiry Type, it checks if the Contact already exists using mobile or email and maps the enquiry data to the correct records. If the type is “New Account, Existing Contact,” a new Account is created without duplicating the Contact. The system handles conditional logic, data mapping, and field population using Zoho CRM functions, ensuring smooth CRM hygiene and lead management.
The process is fully automated with Deluge scripts triggered by workflow rules on Enquiry creation.
