To streamline Taylor Movers’ sales process, I developed a Zoho CRM Deal Blueprint that controls how deals progress through stages.
Key features:

Conditional Stage Movement – Deals only advance when required fields are filled (e.g., survey time must be set before moving to Survey Set).

Automated Stage Updates – When linked modules are created, deal stages update automatically (e.g., creating a quote moves the deal to Quote Created).

Process Compliance – Prevents deals from skipping steps, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking.

Automation – Reduces manual updates by syncing deal stage with real actions taken in the CRM.
This blueprint made the sales pipeline more reliable, accurate, and automated, reducing errors and ensuring that no step in the process was skipped.
