Integrated Zoho SalesIQ with Taylor Movers’ new website (built with Sanity and Next.js) to enable live tracking, answer bot automation, and centralized customer engagement.

As part of Taylor Movers’ digital transformation, I recommended and implemented Zoho SalesIQ integration into their new website, built using Sanity CMS and Next.js.

Key contributions:

  • SalesIQ Script Integration – Added the Zoho SalesIQ script into the website’s <body> to activate real-time visitor tracking.

  • Answer Bot Setup – Configured Zoho’s Answer Bot to provide instant responses to common customer questions.

  • Knowledge Base (QA Section) – Added frequently asked questions into Zoho SalesIQ’s QA section to improve bot accuracy.

  • Centralized Tracking – Enabled monitoring of website activity and engagement from within Zoho, giving the sales and marketing team a single platform to track leads.

  • Future Expansion – Currently extending functionality with advanced automation and deeper integration.

This integration improved customer engagement, reduced response times, and gave Taylor Movers a unified platform for tracking website visitors and leads.
